Pokemon Expert Emerald is a GBA Rom Hack by Blue based on Pokemon Emerald with the same story but some new features!

Features

All Pokemon (386) can now be obtained as a result of standard methods, in-game trades or events. Note, it does not contain Pokemon from generations after Emerald

Each individual trainer has had their teams altered to enhance the difficulty of the hack. Most boss battles involve a full team of Pokemon equips with boosting items and stronger movesets

Many of the evolutions that require two or more games to obtain have been changed to an alternative method. Changes can be found in the documents

Event Pokemon scattered around Hoenn, including Starter Pokemon and Legendaries
